Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy clarifies how our team (“we,” “our,” or “us”) processes, safeguards, and utilizes the data generated when you access our websites and mobile applications. Protecting user privacy is a core priority for us, and we are entirely compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Information We Gather
When you interact with our digital products, we may collect two specific classifications of data:
1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
PII refers to any details that can be used to single you out or contact you directly. This encompasses information such as your full name, email address, physical location, phone number, payment credentials, photographs, precise GPS coordinates, and account usernames.
Important: Supplying Personally Identifiable Information is strictly optional. You do not need to provide any PII to download or enjoy our applications.
2. Anonymous Data (Non-Personal)
This category includes general, unidentifiable information that cannot be traced back to you. It covers demographic metrics (like your age, gender, and general city-level location) as well as technical device data (such as operating system versions, IP addresses, hardware models, and unique device identifiers).
We also collect anonymous usage metrics, which track your in-app behavior, including session durations, high scores, game progression, unlocked achievements, and general interaction patterns.
Our Use of Personally Identifiable Information
During regular app usage, we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information.
The only scenario where we collect this data is if a user or a parent initiates a customer support request via email. In that specific event, we collect your email address purely to investigate the issue and send a helpful reply.
Our Use of Anonymous Data
We process Non-Personal, Anonymous Data for the following functional purposes:
To evaluate user engagement and continuously improve the quality of our apps.
To compile aggregated, anonymous statistics for internal review.
To maintain digital security and proactively block fraudulent activity.
To detect your general region to ensure we are following local and international laws.
To transmit push notifications (only if you have granted explicit device permissions).
To support internal mechanics, such as serving contextual (non-targeted, non-behavioral) advertisements and customizing content.
Children’s Privacy & COPPA Standards
We stringently follow all COPPA regulations. We do not knowingly solicit, capture, or store Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 years of age.
Accidental Disclosure: Should a user under 13 reveal personal details during a support inquiry, we will immediately and permanently delete that information from our servers.
Safe Usage: Children are free to use our applications without submitting personal data. We only collect anonymous device identifiers to ensure the app functions correctly, remains secure, and displays appropriate contextual ads, as permitted by COPPA.
Parental Intervention: If a parent or legal guardian believes we have inadvertently collected personal data from their child, they may contact us immediately to have it erased.
Customer Support Inquiries
If you reach out to our support team for help, we will receive your email address and any text you voluntarily include in your message.
We utilize this data for the sole purpose of providing customer service and resolving your technical issues, strictly adhering to COPPA Section 312.2.
In-App Purchases
Some of our applications offer optional premium content or virtual goods via in-app purchases, even if the app itself is free. These transactions are entirely processed by secure, third-party distribution platforms (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or process your credit card details.
Parents can easily restrict, password-protect, or completely disable in-app purchasing features through their device's native settings.
Teenagers (Ages 13–18)
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, we ask that you consult with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their clear permission before emailing us or sharing any personal data.
Data Disclosure and Third-Party Sharing
We will absolutely never trade, rent, or sell your email address or personal details.
Support-related information is only shared under these stringent conditions:
With authorized service providers who facilitate our customer support ticketing system.
When it is critically necessary to defend the safety, integrity, and security of our services.
To comply with binding legal requests, court orders, or law enforcement investigations.
To mitigate severe fraud or imminent threats to public safety.
All data disclosures align completely with the rules outlined in COPPA Section 312.5(c)(6).
External Services and APIs
Our applications may feature embedded third-party services, such as advertising networks and analytics APIs. Because these partners operate under their own independent privacy policies, we encourage you to review their terms.
